Ideelava is a non-profit founded in 2026 for young people aged 16–30. We help young people think their ideas through, find a team and make them happen – through mentoring, workshops, conferences and Erasmus+ projects.

Mentoring youth projects
We help young people think an idea through, make a plan and take the first steps alongside experienced mentors.

Erasmus+ initiatives
We develop Erasmus+ youth projects and youth exchanges where young people from Estonia meet peers from across Europe.

We bring together young people, experts and decision-makers to talk about the issues that really matter to young people.

From idea to stage
This is how an idea travels from a thought to the stage with us.

Idea
You have a thought, a problem you want to solve, or simply the urge to make something happen. That's enough to start.

Mentoring
Together we work out who the idea is for and what the first step is. A mentor helps you see what's easy to miss on your own.

You find people who believe in your idea and set out a plan, a budget and a timeline.

Ideelava named Official Partner of the new “Generation Without Borders” conference!
Ideelava is an official partner of the new “Generation Without Borders” conference! On 5 November, speakers at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will bring diplomacy and entrepreneurship together. They include the Chinese Ambassador and politicians from across parliamentary factions.

Ideelava NGO has been founded
On 1 September 2026, Ideelava NGO was entered in the Estonian register of non-profit associations. The new youth NGO creates opportunities for young people aged 16–30 to bring their ideas to life.
